Returns:
You can return an item for any reason up to 14 days of the delivery date. If 14 days have
gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return buyer must email us before returning for a refund. When returning
your item it must be in same condition as received. New items must be unopened and in the
original package. The shipping and tracking number must be provided to us within 14 days.

Buyer is responsible for paying shipping both ways on returned items, unless the item was
significantly not as described, damaged in transit or never arrived. Shipping costs are non
refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds:
Once the return is received and inspected, we will send you an email and notify you as  
to the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed, and a
credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late And Missing Refunds:
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact
your credit card company, it may take some time before a refund is posted. Next contact
your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done
all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us @

Damaged Package:
You can rest assure your package was insured. If the package was damaged in shipping
please contact us so we may open a claim with the carrier. You must save all packing
material and shipping box or the claim will not be covered.

When returning a package please take due care when packing.

Always add a tracking number and shipping insurance to the package.
